Our Vision The Latina Network of West Michigan is a catalyst for systemic change through leadership development, a space of cultural belonging, and reclaiming the Latina narrative.
Your participation in the network ensures we can offer diverse opportunities to build relationships with each other and continue to reclaim the narrative for Latinas in West Michigan.
Being a member means:

• Participating in LNWM events
• Engaging on our community pages
• Connecting with and supporting other members
• Sharing your voice in a vision for collective uplift
• Representing LNWM in the community

By joining our membership portal, you agree to:

1. Respect Others – Treat all members with kindness, courtesy, and respect.
2. No Hate Speech or Discrimination – Content that attacks or demeans based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other identity will not be tolerated.
3. No Bullying or Harassment – Personal attacks, threats, or repeated unwanted contact are prohibited.
4. Keep It Professional – Posts should be relevant to the network’s mission and goals.
5. Protect Privacy – Do not share another member’s personal information without their consent.
6. No Spam or Self-Promotion – Avoid excessive promotion of products, services, or events that are not related to the community.
7. Report Concerns – If you see behavior that violates these guidelines, notify the administrators at membership@lnwm.org
