Alejandra “Ale” Guillén is the Executive Director of Latin Americans United for Progress (LAUP), a nonprofit dedicated to empowering the Latino community through advocacy, education, and celebration. Born and raised in Mexico, Ale brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, education, and strategic partnerships.

As a bilingual and bicultural leader, her work centers on advancing equity and developing culturally responsive initiatives that expand access and opportunity for Latino communities across West Michigan. She is passionate about building connections, uplifting Latina voices, and driving community-rooted change.
