Beca’s life calling is to be a thought partner and change agent in organizations as they transform their work by leading with Racial Equity and reimagining their workplaces. Beca received her Masters of Public Administration in Non-Profit Leadership from Grand Valley State University where she was awarded a King Chavez Parks Future Faculty Fellowship. She is a proud Fellow of the National Equity Project and Co-founder of the Latina Network of West Michigan. Her nonprofit background in program design, organizational development, leadership and management, coupled with experience in the fields of Workforce Development, Healthcare and Racial Equity, allow her to work with the community, organizations and leaders to move social justice issues forward.
